I just got some of this emulsion and am having a hell of a time getting the screen to burn. Using 6 flourescent lights in a light box even at 19 minutes exposure I can’t get it to stay once I start to wash out.
Can you share what our exposure times were and what unit you were using.
If you’re using fluorescent lights, that’s your problem. You should be using halogen bulbs. It should take about 5 to 12 minutes to expose depending on your exposing unit.
To answer your question about what we use to expose our screens, we have yet to upgrade from a single halogen lamp still. We will eventually need to upgrade, but this simple exposing option has done everything we’ve asked of it so far; including tight halftones.
You also didn’t mention what kind of emulsion you use. Our number one choice is still the WBP Hybrid emulsion that we get through silkscreeningsupplies.com. It’s so easy to work with and cleans up super easy as well. We also recently tested another emulsion called Aquasol HV that a local supply house gave us a trial of. It’s another winner that we’re currently using this as our backup option when we need fresh emulsion fast. It’s good to have options in this business when you’re working with deadlines.

@Martine: We’ll be more then happy to help!

I hope I answered your question all right.
